It was in 1953 that STRATOS was born in AVIGNON, in the FRANCE chosen by his grandfather, a GREEK by origin, a tailor by profession. From the age of 14 he rubbed shoulders with the artistic world within an architectural firm, a discipline in which he trained. He will then become aware of the aesthetics of the beauty of the line and thus will develop in him this creative fiber that will never leave him.
This is how the creator of form will be born, the assembler of characters springing from his brush, with this dazzling red, this luminous yellow, this so deep blue and these blacks which will surround all his silhouettes - mother child, couples, musicians ..... all source of life, of this life so precious to share, altruistic message from the artist who will give everything.
